APS Advisors Group LLC was created in 2015 under the laws of the State of Florida, to source, promote and manage profitable and secure investment solutions within the real estate market, on behalf of its clients.

APS acts as a private investment fund to generate sustainable medium and long term returns for its investors regardless of the economic cycles of the real estate sector.

APS Private Investment Fund, What is it?

It is an investment company that uses capital from associates, small and medium-sized savers, who usually have a clear understanding of the financial activity of the real estate sector in the USA and investments elsewhere in Latin America.

To be classified as a private fund, a fund must meet one of the exemptions under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Exemptions 3C1 or 3C7 of the Act are often used to establish a fund as a Private Investment Fund. Maintaining the status of a PIF has an advantage as the regulatory and legal requirements are much lower than for a listed fund.

The primary purpose of a Private Investment Fund is to achieve the expected return for all its associated members in the medium to long term by ensuring the balance of its investments and the asset-liability-equity equation.

Although its private nature simplifies and exempts it from compliance with some legal requirements, its development entails a high level of responsibility towards its members, a permanent vigilance of the number of members so that the legal limit of 100 members is not exceeded, and careful management of cash flow.

In the case of APS Advisors Group LLC, its size and placement of resources protect it and differentiate it from what is classified as venture capital since investment in land and short-term single-family real estate developments protects it considerably in the US market.
